Preparation of Surface

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dirt, grease, or any loose material. Sand or roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion. For repairs, remove any damaged material before application to ensure a solid bond.

Preparation of Product

Mix Epo Fix resin and hardener in the specified ratio (usually 2:1, resin to hardener) until a uniform, smooth consistency is achieved. Stir thoroughly to avoid air bubbles. Prepare only as much as can be used within the working time, as the mixture begins to set quickly.

Application

Apply the mixed Epo Fix to the prepared surface using a brush, spatula, or any suitable tool. For repairs, fill cracks and holes, smoothing out excess material. For coatings, spread evenly across the surface. Work quickly as the product begins to set after mixing. Allow the product to cure fully before handling or applying additional layers.
