Preparation of Surface
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from grease, oil, dust, or loose particles. Remove any flaking paint or plaster. Pre-wet the surface to avoid rapid water absorption, improving adhesion and workability.
Preparation of Product
Mix Pro Flex Wall Care Putty with clean water in a ratio of 2:1 (putty to water) to form a smooth, lump-free paste. Stir continuously to achieve uniform consistency. Use the mix within 2-3 hours for optimal results.
Application
Apply the prepared putty paste with a putty blade or trowel in thin, even layers. Allow the first coat to dry (approximately 6-8 hours), then sand the surface lightly before applying the second coat. Ensure each coat is not thicker than 1.5mm for a smooth finish. Allow the final coat to cure fully before painting.
