Preparation of Surface
Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from standing water, grease, curing compounds, mold oils, and any loosely adhering particles. Cement laitance should be removed using mechanical methods. Roughening the surface will improve adhesion. Prior to applying Pro TG 110, saturate the surface with clean water to ensure optimal bonding.
Preparation of Product
Mix Part A (Liquid) with Part B (Powder) using a slow-speed drill and paddle until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved.
Application
Apply the mixed material to the prepared substrate with a notched trowel, spreading it at a thickness of 3mm to 5mm. Press the tiles firmly into place to ensure proper adhesion. The application should be completed within the specified working time of the adhesive. Maintain a minimum gap of 2mm between each tile. Before the adhesive sets, use a damp cloth to clean off any excess adhesive from the tile surface.

Shelf Life
The shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in its original, unopened packaging under proper warehouse conditions. Exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity may shorten the shelf life.

Health & Safety
Pro TG 110 is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application.
