Advantages
Enhances tensile and flexural strength in mixes.
Reduces porosity, minimizing exposure to aggressive elements.
Compatible with all types of cement.
Provides extended protection against corrosion.
Minimizes shrinkage in applications.
Suitable for both internal and external use with cement.
Safe and non-toxic.
Application
As a Bonding Slurry Coat: Combine the recommended dosage of SBR-Pro Max 3130 with a premeasured amount of water in a suitable container and mix thoroughly. Gradually add cement while stirring, and blend using a slow-speed drill fitted with a paddle mixer until a smooth consistency is achieved.
As an Additive: Use a forced-action mixer or a low-speed drill with a paddle attachment. Measure and dry blend the required quantities of cement and sand in the mixer for one minute. With the mixer running, add the premixed SBR-Pro Max 3130 and clean water. Mix for approximately 3 minutes to ensure even dispersion in the sand-cement mixture. Adjust the amount of water slightly if needed, but do not exceed the recommended dosage. Continue mixing until a uniform and homogenous material is achieved.
Technical Sheet

Coverage
Shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in original, unopened packaging under proper warehouse conditions. Exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity may shorten the shelf life.
Packaging
SBR-Pro Max 3130 is available in 1 Liter bottle and 5 Liter Gallon
Health & Safety
SBR-Pro Max 3130 is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application.
Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Once hardened, the material can only be removed mechanically.

Shelf Life
As a Neat Bonding Agent: Coverage is approximately 5-7 m² per liter per coat, depending on the substrate's texture and porosity.
As an Additive: For tile adhesives, bedding mortars, sand-cement renders, plasters, and screeds, the recommended dosage ranges from 10% to 20% by weight of cement. When used in a mix design, adhere to the specified proportions to achieve optimal performance.
Product Preservation
SBR-Pro Max 3130 is protected against bacterial and fungal growth. For enhanced preservation in the final product, it should be re-treated with appropriate biocides during production.
